Our Services
Thai massage uses a mixture of deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle adjustments of the body into yoga-like poses to help increase flexibility, ease back pain and reduce stress and anxiety. It is performed through loose clothing and does not use oils.
THAI MASSAGE
Designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
A massage integration more than one style or massage modality such as Thai massages mixed with Swedish and deep tissue, etc.
THAI COMBINATION MASSAGE
Similar to Swedish massage but with a deep tissue massage, but involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle, tendon and fascia.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This upper body massage combines soothing and therapeutic techniques to relieve tightness in the head, neck, shoulders, and back. Ideal for anyone experiencing stress, tension, or discomfort from daily activities or desk work.
UPPER BODY RENEWAL
Type of therapeutic massage specifically designed to meet the needs of pregnant women. It focuses on relieving the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as back pain, swollen feet, headaches, and tension in the neck and shoulders. (Weeks 13-26)
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Experience a calming foot massage that alleviates tension, enhances circulation, and restores overall balance. This gentle treatment targets reflex points to reduce stress and fatigue, leaving your feet feeling refreshed. Ideal those on their feet all day or in need of deep relaxation.
FOOT MASSAGE
A comfortable seated massage that targets the back, shoulders, neck, and arms. No oils needed and fully clothed—perfect for quick relaxation and stress relief.
